Our secure server encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. We do not share the information you give us for any reason, with anybody, at any time.

Credit Charges & Chargebacks
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards. No COD's. Due to increases in credit card fraud, we will ask for your credit card number, expiration date and your billing address. You can order with confidence with our secure order processing. This means that your order is encrypted for your privacy and security.
Chargeback Fees: Two times in our 20 years of business, a dissatisfied customer decided to complain to their credit card company, instead of telling us their problem, that they want to reverse the charge on their credit card for their purchase. This resulted in our credit card processor to automatically not only to reverse our request for payment but also to charge us a non-refundable $30.00 chargeback fee. We then have an opportunity to object to the chargeback by presenting the facts of the case. When our processor finds in our favor (both times) we are credited with the original transaction amount but not the $30 chargeback fee. In the future: the customer will then be responsible for the $30 chargeback fee and will be charged accordingly.
